I joined Farrell's in June of 2011. I have always enjoyed an active lifestyle and was anxious to try something new. I was thrilled with my results after just 10 weeks and knew that it was something that I wanted to continue doing. Being a part of the Farrell's community for the past 6 years has pushed me out of my comfort zone, from coaching to instructing, running 1/2 marathons and mud runs. Most importantly my fit lifestyle has kept me healthy and strong which allows me to keep up with my four grandchildren.
 
Being an instructor is truly gratifying. I am inspired by every 10 week group that joins, seeing their enthusiasm and commitment to a healthy and fit lifestyle motivates me.
 
Outside of the gym I enjoy traveling and hiking with my husband and spending time with my family.
I joined Farrell's during the Winter session 2017 ready for a change to my workout routine after working out in our home garage for 5 1/2 years. It didn't take long for me to realize that I really missed being surrounded by so many like minded people and having such an amazing support system. I love all of the workouts, but especially the kickboxing classes. Fitness, health and helping others achieve their fitness goals has been my passion for the past 6 years now, so being a coach is like a dream come true for me.
When I'm not at Farrell's, I love spending time with my 3 kids, husband and 2 dogs.
My daughter and myself started the fall of 2016. We had been workout out at another gym for a year. We were not seeing the results we wanted. My son was already a member at Farrell's and helped us make the decision after we had talked to Tia Vohsman. My goals were to get toned and in great shape to keep up with my 16 year old daughter, and to build our relationship as the mother and daughter, both goals coming true. Not only did I get closer to my goals, I gained a fantastic Farrell's Family. I am truly grateful for my Farrell's Family. When I started Farrell's my body fat percentage was 29.6, today it is 24.6. My new goal is 20.00. With Farrell's there is no doubt I will make my goal. I love my Farrell's Family. 
I started Farrell's during the Winter Session of 2016. The decision to try Farrell's came after having my third child at advanced maternal age. My heart felt young, but my body did not bounce back as easily as it did after having my two oldest children in my twenties. Farrell's fit into my routine perfectly. I was able to workout and be back home by 6:15 AM. Most mornings, my children weren't even awake by the time I arrived back home. No mom-guilt for me! To my amazement, I won the $1,000 challenge at the end of my session! The money was great, but the feeling of accomplishment I got after each workout and the friends I made during my 10-weeks were even better! I made the decision to become an instructor in the summer of 2016. I love being able to help others become a healthier and happier version of themselves. When I am not at the gym I can be found either teaching my sweet first graders or spending time with my husband and our three children.
My husband completed his 10 week challenge before our wedding. Our friends Jamey and Tiff gave him the 10 week challenge as a wedding gift. He has amazing results and loved it. He loved the fact that it didn't have that normal "gym" feel. I came to bring a friend day with him and fell in love with it. WE have been members every since. Not only does Farrell's not have the normal "gym" feel, it is like a family and when you work out you are working out with really close friends. We love everything about it, and the results and pictures are not only real, they are amazing!
I started Farrell's Winter Session, January 2011. I basically had to because my Wife, Tiffany, did the session prior. I wasn't a fan of group class settings ay the time, but quickly fell in love with it. Being a competitive athlete in school and working out off and on until I started Farrell's, I thought I was in good shape. I was wrong. I wasn't over weight, I was just not in as good of shape as I thought. I'm in construction so I'm moving around and moving things around regularly. My body fat was 22-23 percent when I started. At the end of ten weeks my body fat was in the 17 percent range and my cardio efficiency was close to when I was a competing swimmer. June 2011 I started instructing and have been doing so ever since. I LOVE IT! The value of paying it forward is priceless. As time passed my kids both did the program as well as my parents, who still workout at the age of 70. Tiffany has pretty much had all her clients go through the ten weeks and many, and I mean many, of our friends have done it. I'm most impressed with the mental clarity that comes as a side effect of the program. It really transforms you on a multi-faceted level. Physically, mentally, spiritually. I'm 49 now and look forward to a long, healthy life. I love the community that is created there and have truly met life long friends.
I started Farrell’s in January 2015. I was in the worst shape of my life and was having difficulty losing the “baby” weight after giving birth to my third child. I felt discouraged, overwhelmed, and completely exhausted. Immediately, I realized that Farrell’s was unlike any gym I have ever attended. I received amazing coaching and encouragement in a positive team environment and was challenged by the kickboxing and strength training classes, all while having a blast. I was taught a balanced and healthy way of eating that fueled my body to become stronger, leaner, and more energetic. I even started noticing muscles develop that I had never seen before! Overjoyed and motivated by my 10 week results, I was excited to continue with the comprehensive fitness program. Classes continue to be an essential part of my morning routine and get me energized for the day! Farrell’s has given me the confidence to step out of my comfort zone and complete my first Spartan race. I feel so blessed for the opportunity to coach and instruct. I love helping and encouraging others to achieve their goals and live life at level 10! Outside of the gym, I own a local financial business with my awesome husband Josh and homeschool my three sweet daughters, Jayden, Alexis, and Kaia.
